Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to delete your Riz account and the personal data associated with it, including data received when you sign in with Facebook, Google, or Apple.

1. Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Riz app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Your account is deleted immediately. You are signed out, and your profile and content are no longer available on Riz.

2. What is deleted

• Your profile and sign-in information, including your name, email address, and the user ID received from Facebook, Google, or Apple.
• Your posts, projects, scenes, media, comments, reactions, and bookmarks.
• Your followers and following, notifications, notification settings, and device push tokens.

Messages you have sent in conversations may remain visible to the other participants.

3. Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, or you want all remaining records permanently erased from our systems, email us at contact@radicalinsightzone.com with the subject "Account deletion request", sent from the email address linked to your Riz account. We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

4. Remove Riz from your Facebook account

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Riz's access from Facebook at any time:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites, select Riz, and tap Remove.

Removing access on Facebook stops Riz from receiving your Facebook data. To delete the data Riz already holds, follow step 1 or 3 above.
